Detox | Stimulate | Nourish 

A complex, spicy brew of warming and purifying botanicals traditionally used to support liver detoxification and restore hormonal balance. 

Ingredients: Dandelion, cinnamon, ginger, red clover, vanilla, cardamom, turmeric, chicory, clove, black pepper.

Net wt 160 g

Brew: 1 tsp/250ml 5-10mins. Sip with or without milk.

Alternate brewing instructions: 1 tsp/125ml water in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer for 10 mins. Add 125ml of milk and heat to desired temperature.

Naturally caffeine-free.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)

Traditionally used to support liver detoxification and to tonify the kidney. With its bitter flavour, dandelion helps to support digestion and regulate bowel function. 

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)

Cinnamon is not only spicy and deliciously sweet, but it also warms the digestive tract to calm stomach cramps and discomfort. Traditionally used to reduce menstrual pain and aid in the treatment of IBS. 

Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.)

Ginger’s warming and nourishing qualities help to stimulate circulation. This aids in the transport of nutrients throughout the body. Ginger is commonly used in clinical practice for reducing nausea, stomach cramps and discomfort and to detoxify the body. 

Red clover (Trifolium pratense)

Red clover is rich in isoflavones. These are found to help regulate and balance sex hormones. The isoflavones found in red clover have been used in clinical practice to support healthy cholesterol. 

Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia)

Vanilla’s sweet flavour balances the rich, full-flavoured spice of this Balance brew. Traditionally used to improve sex drive, reduce anxiety and soothe the gastrointestinal tract.

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)

Cardamom in Ayurvedic medicine has been found to reduce symptoms of bloating, acid reflux, flatulence and nausea. 

Turmeric (Curcuma longa)

Turmeric is well known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities. This traditional Ayurvedic herb helps to support the function of the liver and gastrointestinal system. 

Chicory (Cichorium intybus)

Chicory with its bitter qualities supports the regulation of a healthy appetite and supports digestion. Traditionally used to balance gallbladder and liver function. 

Clove (Syzygium aromaticum)

With its beautiful, rich flavour, clove contains high amounts of antioxidant, assisting with cell repair and growth.  

Black pepper (Piper nigrum

Black pepper complements the blend by boosting the absorption of the active ingredient curcumin from turmeric, while adding a beautiful, warm, woody flavour to the blend.
